As a registered charity, Clarecare is fully compliant with the Charities Governance Code.
Clarecare is governed by an independent Board of Directors. Its members serve in a voluntary capacity: no salary, fees or other remuneration is paid to Board Directors.
The overall role of the Board is to exercise its responsibilities in line with the principles of the Charities Governance Code as follows:
