Parents are supported individually or as a couple either in their home or Clarecare offices. Support is offered to help build positive child-parent relationships, parents’ confidence and to manage the challenges of family life. Interventions are delivered for an average of 9–12 months. Timeframes and frequency of contact take account of the current need, and the complexities of past and current experiences of parents. Individual parenting supports are delivered based on parenting programmes such as Circle of Security, Incredible Years and Parents Plus Programmes.
