The delivery of HomeCare/Home Help has always featured prominently in Clarecare service delivery since its establishment in 1968. At Clarecare, we are committed to supporting senior citizens to sustain independent living within the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
Whether you need a little extra assistance, are experiencing ill-health or living with a disability, we are here to support you. Our highly qualified and caring Home Support Workers have long-standing connections to the community in which they serve.
Working in partnership with the Health Service Executive (HSE), we strictly adhere to healthcare standards and regulations to ensure a high standard of safety for all our clients.
Services
The supports we offer are specifically designed to meet each person’s individual needs, and will often include many of the following aspects of care:
- Assistance with daily activities
- Clinical care
- Personal care (bathing, showering, dressing etc.)
- Nutrition assistance and meal preparation
- Medication prompting
- Light household chores
- Companionship
